Training Program for Veterinary Officers from Odisha State

The ICAR-NBAGR, Karnal, in collaboration with the Veterinary Officers Training Institute, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, has commenced a training program titled “Characterization, Registration, and Conservation of Native Animal Genetic Resources,” sponsored by the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department (FARD), Government of Odisha, from August 5-9, 2024. The program was inaugurated on August 5, 2024, with Dr. B. P. Mishra, Director of NBAGR, Karnal, serving as the chief guest. Fourteen veterinary officers from Odisha are participating in this training program, which is being coordinated by Dr. Manishi Mukesh and Dr. M. S. Dige, Senior Scientists.
